Orders your customers pay online through a payment gateway you connect (Razorpay, PhonePe or Cashfree) carry a small platform fee: a small percentage that falls as your plan goes up. Cash-on-delivery orders, Partial COD included, carry no fee on any plan. Your gateway's own charges are separate.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude tax. BuilderBlack plans are sold by Liyaas Solutions Ltd, a UK company. Where VAT or another tax applies, it is added to your invoice and shown separately.
Your plan is billed in advance. Order fees and any paid apps are billed in arrears on your renewal date, and app fees are prorated to the days you actually had the app switched on.
Your store keeps working for a short grace period while we retry and email you. If the pending amount stays unpaid, the store is paused until you clear it; nothing is deleted.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard; changes take effect immediately. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade.
Yes. Every store gets its own PostgreSQL schema, encryption key, and storage bucket. Another tenant’s queries physically cannot touch your data.
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge from GBP and may add a fee. Cards issued in India need international transactions switched on, which you can do in your bank's app.
